University of Brighton and the Advanced Engineering Centre are looking for UK students in Physics and Engineering
interested to apply for two PhD studentships sponsored by LEVERHULME foundation on two-phase mesoscopic phenomena.
The two projects are:
1) Advanced microscopic analysis of pool boiling onset
2) Novel statistical approach for mesoscopic nucleation phenomena
Both are mainly about modeling and numerical simulations, even if the first project is also experimental at the beginning of the study.
